Steps to Create a Bespoke Order
Inquiry
Send us an email at: hello@thechicshoppe.com or you may fill out our contact form. Please include the following items in your email:
Date of your event, Amount of boxes needed, proposed delivery date and the type of event
Plan and Propose
We will review your email and schedule a phone or video call to discuss your project and create a proposal for you. Custom proposals require 2-3 days to create.
Prototype and Fulfill
Once the proposal has been accepted and the non-refundable retainer paid, it is time for your prototype. Once you have approved the design, we will fulfill your order.
